Why is eating basil ice cream an "adventure?" Because daddy made it! You never know what you're going to get with daddy's cooking, but this turned out to be a success. It was creamy, sweet, and tasted like basil. When we were finished eating it, we were reminded of pizza and italian food. The strawberry with lemon sauce really kicked it up a notch!
Interesting flavor. I love spicy basil noodles at the Thai restaurant, but ice cream?
